Hi everyone!

Maybe you have ideas: A friend of mine is planning to give health workshops and hold lectures in the US and in Canada in Feb/Mar 2009.
He has been invited to do so by a Canadian lady and would like to add some more places to the journey.
What would be the best way to find rooms and to advertise the events - given a very small budget?
