Daily Planner Reply to this post

Daily Planner - Do you prefer electronic systems, such as Outlook:s tasks, PDA's, online "To Do"" programs or good old paper and pen day timers when scheduling your projects and tasks.

Generally I use an A4 pad for "things to do" as I have a dreadful memory and need to be able to scribble items down as I am asked or think of them! I do use the Outlook calender occasionally for follow up items on email.

I also have an A4 diary that I write all the completed tasks in, this means I have something legible to refer back too should I need it.

Outlook Outlook Outlook. Sad that I have become so dependent but I don't know what I would do without it.

I use Outlook, but also keep a steno pad for jotting things down on the fly. I also use the steno book for meeting notes.
