I have been experiencing difficulty with the DD website recently both from work and at home.  I sent the details to Mek and this seems to have been resolved......until now.

This afternoon I cannot gain access to 'My Deskdemon' to read emails and can only navigate to the Forums page instead.

Is anyone else experiencing problems?  My only way of communicating this is to post on this forum.

Everything is working fine, I just tested and tried email, blogs, forums.  Is it still acting up?

I see what you mean, it is only on the UK side of the site.  I just sent a request for someone to get that fixed.  There are times I am busy and dont see the forum board until late in the day, which is real late in the day for people in the UK!  Just email me at susan@deskdemon.com (if you want to include Mek, he is on UK time) between the two of us we can get get the problems fixed.

Susan,

I couldn't access my DD email today, hence the posting.  The error message was the same as before eg. http server error.

Is it just me or do I always seem to pick up error messages?

This is at the top of the DD webpages...

I do see the errors.  I believe they are working on some technical upgrades but will mention it to Mek.

and 'Go up' 'Go down' don't take you back to the main forum page but up and down the page you're on

Alison, thanks but no - the 'go up' and 'go down' which used to take you back to the main Forum page are still taking you to the top / bottom of the page you're on, so not fixed.

I just realized I am having problems sending emails in my DD network when I use my tablet.  Anyone else having problems?  I can't send the message.  It disappears.

Is anyone else seeing lists of prize winners scrolling upwards on the home page. I reported this last week but it's still there today.
