She received an email message from a friend (forwarded by someone else and forwarded by someone else and so on). They are proposing that at 7:00 p.m. CST on Friday we all stop whatever we are doing (driving, shopping, gardening, etc.) and light a candle for all to see as a sign of unity and strength. Send a message that we will not tolerate terrorism and will stand united against it. She wanted me to pass it on to as many people as possible.
