Title: Bogus, bogus, bogus! Post by: lioness70 on March 05, 2001, 11:42:18 am I never liked Admin Professionals Day. I worked in offices where everything the admins did was kind of looked upon as a joke. I also didn't like the feeling of "obligation." If you're going to respect me as a professional, do it EVERY DAY of the year, not just when you're SUPPOSED to. I would rather see that money they spend on lunch or flowers in my paycheck. I'm not looking forward to Admin Professionals Day this year, either. I hope they don't make me cover the phones (I'm only a part-timer) while all the other admins are taken out to lunch. If they deep-sixed this day, I wouldn't miss it.
