Turkey, trimmings Cranberry jelly Enough food To fill our bellies Crisp white snow Lies all around The world is at peace Not a sound Then some bright spark Connects the Wii And granny wakes Play what? Who, me? Ipod, Iphone I what? Oh, moan! Make the family Take me home Enough of this silly Festive glee I want my shawl And cup of tea As if by magic The day it ends And soon a new year Begins again * * * |
