We are looking at transcription equipment for the office and I was wondering if anyone knows of a great company for this type of equipment. What we are looking for is equipment that our outside adjusters can call into and I can transcribe from my office. We used to have a machine that died by the time I started and our adjusters have been typing their own letters but are sending me tapes with long reports. I tried transcriptiongear but they will only allow us to purchase using a credit card which is not an option. Please e-mail me at my work address with any options.
