I am also a male secretary and I have experienced sexual harrasment as well. I once had a female boss who always flirted with me. I really didn't give it much thought, other than flirting back, until one day she cornered me and told me she wanted to take me back to her house for "you know what" and that I had to comply since she was the boss! I was too embarrassed to speak up, figuring guys should not complain about these things. Nonetheless, I was still uncomfortable and wound up quitting.  (
