After Training, Make an Action Plan
At the end of any course you’ve taken make an action plan of three things you’ll make sure you do differently. Make a concerted effort to put the course into practice as soon as you get back to work. Also, collect all handouts, etc, and fill out the course evaluation forms honestly in order to help those who take the course after you.
