What is a CSM?
A Convention Service Manager, also abbreviated as CSM, is the person you will talk to at a venue. A CSM is considered to be the focal point between you and the venue and can put you in touch with certain departments such as the catering. They are in charge of the over all meeting and they are also known as the meeting planners.
