Retailers Slash iPhone Prices Following iPhone 4 White UK Launch

White iPhone 4 retailers around the country dropped prices by up to £102.01 within two months of the products’ release, according to data from over 850 UK electronics retailers selling through the expert IT and electronics marketplace skinflint.co.uk.

Shoppers for new SIM-free iPhones are often saving over £100 through skinflint.co.uk.

Although originally scheduled for release alongside the Black iPhone 4 models in June 2010, eager fans of Apple’s White products had to wait until April 2011 to get their hands on their preferred colour of iPhone 4.

skinflint.co.uk’s Price History function data shows that on the day of the release of the new White models, skinflint.co.uk retailers cut their prices of the SIM-free 32GB Black iPhone 4 by up to £99.99. Over the last two months skinflint.co.uk shoppers saw prices of SIM-free 32GB models of the White iPhone 4 drop by as much as £102.01 from the launch price of £612.

Prices for the SIM-free 16GB White iPhone 4 have been as low as £439.98 on the site, while the same model in Black has reached as low as £438.99, enabling shoppers using skinflint.co.uk’s Price Alerts function to achieve significant price reductions from the 16GB models’ original price of £510.
