Hi Janet, Welcome to the group. Wow, from Alaska are there any challenges you face that you think are unique because you life in Alaska? I know it is stereo typing but I Alaska I think, snow most the time, cold, not as many people...

I live in Anchorage which is nowhere near the North Slope, which is what most people think of with -60 degrees and no sunlight for 3 months during the winter. The winters are harsher in the midwest than in southern Alaska. The only challenge I consistently face is not enough hours in the day!
