I just posted a blog http://www.deskdemon.com/dnet/blog.php?user=jennika&blogentry_id=221 . It has an article from someone who has advice to get past the "gatekeeper" I found it funny as if anyone tried some of his ideas I would hang up on them, get the caller id, and let it go to voice mail in the future! I would love to see what others think as well.
