Since I'm not known for beating around the bush, my first impression of this situation is:  she has a crush on her ex-boss.  It would be hard to tell if the feelings are mutual, but for him to allow this to continue leads me to believe that there is more to this relationship than just business.  Apparently he doesn't mind having others see his business (emails and calendar).  However, it seems very odd to me that he would allow this to continue.  



Something just doesn't add up -- to me anyway.



I really hope that my devious mind is over-reacting.



P.S.  Be prepared for ex-asst to go running to ex-boss whining about being removed...boohoohoo...
