Have you ever tried to offer suggestions for improvement and are met with objection, to the point the person talks over you or mutes your line so you can't contribute on a Conf call? How do you handle situations like this?

What level is the co-worker? If boss: roll with the punches. If peer I would approach them privately and ask why my line was muted reminding them that all team members should be able to contribute to the goals of the company.
Don't get in a public one up with the talk over person.

She is a manager in HR. her VP suggested she talk with me about some of the ideas I have for improving a process. He thought they were great and would save the co. Time and money. Still plugging away. Just curious how others handle. Appreciate your input.
Thanks

I would meet with her privately after a conference call of that nature and respectfully express my disappointment and frustration at being muted from the conversation I was invited to.

Making headway. I think this project will take off in spite of the bumps in the road early on. Had a discussion with her superior.
