One last thought:



If it gets to the point where you don't think they will ever get the hint, gently say: "Would you mind closing your door when you use your speaker phone? It's kinda distracting. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you."



This way you're not telling them flat out that they are rude (even though you would like to) but is a gentle, reasonable request.
