A galone is like a latte, but I like it better.  But then I'm biased.  I learned to drink these while I was in the Azores.  You take whole milk (3/4 of a glass) and steam it till it's hot, and then froth the top till it fills the glass basically.  Then you pour in 1 shot of expresso.  Add sugar and cinnamon and whipped topping (all to taste), perhaps a shot of Bailey (for an after-dinner drink), and enjoy.
