Going Part Time

I read a great article or thread on convincing your boss to let you go part-time.  Does anyone remember seeing that in the Forum or did I read it in a magazine article?  I'm leaving on Maternity leave in early 2002 and hoping to come back at half-time.  Could easily be done as work load isn't that heavy and we are facing huge budget cuts.  But, still think management's initial response will be negative.   The article/thread was great because it talked about how when people go part time they get more done, don't goof-off, etc.  Anyone remember?
