Penguin, you hit the nail right on the head.  I get so annoyed sometimes by the postings here because there is such a dearth of self-confidence, it would appear, in admins.  Listen, there are 2-ton business owners who are doing great things; however, since they have confidence in themselves and their abilities and the worth of what they are doing they focus on that (the job at hand) rather than what everybody else might think of them.  Appearance DOES count; it always will.  BUT, confidence, a professional demeanor, and an even-keel in a low-profile/I think I'm right, but there's always the possibility that I could be wrong so I'm open to your comments kind of way.



Long and short of it is you get treated the way that you think you should be treated by others.  Think about this statement long and hard, because it is true in all walks of life.  That's enough philosophizing for now because I have tradeshows, international visitors, and trips to get organized.  Have a great holiday weekend, all.
