It's on our radio stations and mentioned in the usual hallmark holiday ways (hallmark is a card and gift store here). I didn't see a lot of publicity for it.

Our company did an event, so it was in our company newsletter.

I definitely am under the impression that it is a bigger day here than abroad (and it's not "THAT" big of a day here), and that probably makes sense given that IAAP is primarily US (and to a lesser extent Canada) based.
