Thanks all.  One of the agencies I did a mailshot to has contacted me this morning with a PA role for a very prestigious company.....so they are considering my CV while I consider the role.  I guess it could be a rut but I'm fed up doing all the crap jobs and not getting recognised for the other stuff.  It would be very hard to take a drop in salary but if the benefits that came with another job were good, then I would def have to consider all options.
