I'm taking (I hope) the CAP exam in May.  There is a Part IV book - Organizational Planning - for the CAP exam by Robert A. Metcalf CPS, copyright 2001.  You can all 435-574-3101 or email support@cpsreview.com and I think you can get it there.  They also have tapes and CDs to purchase.
