My new company has personal/vacation time accrual of 12 hours per month (total of 18 days) until 5 years of service.  7 paid holidays.  The really great thing is that even if you work part time you still accrue 6 hours per month of time.



Our department is working flex time for the summer:  9 nine hour days and every other Friday off.  Can't wait for that to start!
