Re: personal days

KohiNoor, I would like to ask the same questions, I don't know personal days, too.
In my company I've about 30 days per year for holiday, and no sick days. If I'm sick, I stay at home, and it is like Energizer told, and after 3 days sick there is the need for a medical certificate. The sick days are paid (by the company, and after a while by the health insurance).
But for my bossies luck I haven't been ill since 2 years .
