Everyone has their strengths. What are you known in the office for? Personality? Excel? Maintaining a concise calendar? Let us know.

A few things: PowerPoint, Translating, Immigration Requirements, solving travel issues.
However, the one thing everyone comes to me for - correspondence. Apparently I write (or respond to) a complaint/report email, memo, or letter like no ones business. Honestly I usually do get the response I want. My brothers say I am somewhat passive aggressive in my writing, but it seems to get the job done. I started just by helping one of the other assistants because of a language barrier, but now it seems the whole company knows to come to me when they don't quite know how to express something.

Like Atlanta Z3, taking extra steps (or as I say initiative) to get tasks down without having to ask.
Organization
Coming up with creative ideas to projects. To make them better, to make them faster, more profitable, etc.

It may not help the office, but I am known for always being upbeat, professional and smiling. I really do think smiles are contagious and even if you fake the smile a bit (smile on bad days) it will be better. You frown.. those are contagious as well. which would you rather catch? Think about that!

Actually Jennika I think that an upbeat attitude is a great help in the office. Let's face it, we're stuck here most of the day and there is nothing worse than being surrounded with negative attitude. I find that when most of my time is positive, upbeat and smiling we get a LOT more done.

I'm known for hard work, loyalty, truthfulness, sound knowledge of my field of work, and giving great advice. I have the respect and trust of our Board of Directors, with whom I work very closely. This is good, but I don't let it go to my head. I would just say that it takes hard graft to achieve this. I think a can-do attitude, courtesy, and a good sense of humour are very important in the workplace.

I'm known for my technology skills, my writing and proofreading skills, and my ability to look at the big pictures when considering issues.
I'm also known for my baking, gardening, and jam making.
