Well, new bossie started yesterday.  She doesn't have a third eye on her forehead, invited me to have lunch with her, doesn't seem to be put off by getting her hands dirty (we're moving our offices - she asked where to get her boxes), ...  all in all, for the first day, things are OK...  I'll keep y'all posted!
