I have a mailing list formatted for Avery 8161 labels, and I don't seem to have any.  I have others sizes (8164, 8160 8163), so if I can just figure out how to switch the size without disturbing the text, I'll be fine.  Ideas?

TIA!

They're only in tables, you can move them around like that. Cut and paste and move cells around.

Alternately you can make a datasource out of them and remerge them.

Are you in WordPerfect?  Just go to format, labels and then select your Avery label number.

Copy the file with a slightly different name so you can experiment and go back if things come out looking wrong. Most wp programs including WordPerfect and Word have options so you can reset according to what is available. Is your formatted list based on a datafile which can be merged into a new format.

The Word features are under Tools and Mailmerge - it's about 6 or 7 years since I used WordPerfect for Windows (5.1 even longer) but they all have similar options which just set everything for you, and take you through it.

Hello

You can also customize any size labels.  Choose a label from the Avery list and then modify the size according to the one you want.  I've done it a few times....
