Whilst "customer is KING" is a very good focus to remember, when customer needs are satisfied to the nth degree and staff needs are left out of the equation I do believe that the company need to be aware of potential impacts.

It's all a bit subjective now anyway as I've been told there is no space for me in the new building and I will be shoehorned into another office (which makes more sense as the other PA's are based there), still means travelling across the town, but it's halfway between here and the new office so less stressful for me and means I won't be so pushed to get childcare.
