I received this email:

I really enjoyed the articles about goals and accomplishing them.  Wondering
if you have any articles that are more business specific goals?  I know that
we all have different jobs and we would have to align our goals to that of
our boss, but maybe you have examples (generic) that would fit most
administrative professionals.  

So, does anyone have generic Smart Goals to share?

R - Realistic
