I understand Gee, and I don't have a problem with a simple job title. The reason for the change is so that it can be differentiated and set at the proper pay grade. There is already an Executive Assistant job code with a pay grade, the work that I'm doing is several levels above that.
Good idea jennika, but they've asked me to create one cohesive title. It may not work though, I may need use your method.
