And please...for the record:  I am not responding to offend or belittle anyone - never have, never will.  Unfortunately, I am not responsible if someone misinterprets or makes an incorrect assumption of my good intentions.  If that happens all I can recommend is to take into consideration something I learned a few years ago which is a very beneficial business tool:  Q-TIP -- Quit Taking It Personal.  The reason I say that is because things are being taken personally here when they shouldn't be.  There is nothing personal here ladies!
