Did you accomplish any of your goals? I don't really do goals.

Was it a good or not so good year?  It was a good year, job steady, love life steady, good kids and no major problems.

Anything special happen?  Son married a beautiful woman.

Positive thinking for 2017! Any comments?  2017 is what is and will be what it will be!  If any major problems come, will deal with them!

I just found this website!  It is so full of information!  I also just moved into a more senior level job.  I don't report to the C-level, but will be supporting two directors.   Part of the position will be answering their phones.   Does anyone have any suggestions on how to start gate keeping?   Should I find out from each who they want to talk to?  I hope it comes with time, but I am guessing I will have to ask .. who is speaking  because I will have no idea who is who!   This is my biggest fear, (well not fear.. but concern ..) any suggestions?
