This is funny. I wish I had thought of it...
Technically, that makes it 100% successful

The company this programmer pilot fish works for is acquired by a bigger outfit. And after a year, the new employees are finally brought online with the parent company's intranet office-supply order form.
"The quantity limits are ridiculously low," fish grumbles. "A maximum of 10 paper clips per month -- not boxes, individual clips. Two file folders. One strip of staples. Plus, a lot of standard supplies aren't available, like steno pads and mechanical pencil lead.
"Each order is submitted to headquarters, where it is approved and sent back to the local office to be filled. We were informed that all our office supply orders were tracked in a database to prevent abuse of the system."
Eventually, an administrative assistant who orders office supplies quits, and fish happens to be griping one day to the new admin about the system.
He's complaining what a waste of money it is to spend two minutes fighting with a poorly designed Web app to order a 10-cent pen, just so it can all be tracked in a database, when she cuts him off.
"There is no database for office supply usage," admin tells fish. "I have to keep track of inventory manually.
"The 'order system' is just a front end to slow people down so they don't ask for so many supplies."
