It is the beginning of summer and many managers are taking vacations.  It has been extremely slow at work.  I have (it seems) exhausted all ideas to stay busy, i.e., organizing my files, organizing my emails, typed all expense reports, etc.  I would love to hear how others stay busy and be productive during this situation.  Also, can you tell me if it is a bad thing to always have to ask my group I support for things to do.  Thank you and appreciate all of your comments!

Most of my managers are becoming self sufficient.  I used to create their Power Point presentations and now they create them.  Also, they will set up their meetings, do their travel, etc.  I am starting to think they will not need me much longer.  What does an Admin do in this position?  How can I make myself more needed?  Anyone else face this dilema?  Thanks
