I am apart of the planning committee for our college's retreat, about 100 people usually attend. The standard set-up has been breakfast as a group, three breakout sessions, lunch as a group last a keynote speaker and then door prizes at the very end. The plan works but I need ideas for what kind of speakers, or breakout sessions to have.

I desperately need ideas anything will be helpful to get the ideas flowing. I would love to break the traditional format but with such a large group is there anything else we can do?
