That would be OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).  They handle the worker's comp cases and can assist with worker's comp rights.  Here is the link to their web site:

So sorry to learn your husband got hurt!    

Please tell him to take care of himself!  He needs to watch out for #1 - And remember - your husband is "protected" under OSHA so that means any harrassment from bossie can get bossie into lots of trouble with the Feds.  

Be sure to get something in writing from the doctor about husband on light duty.  Tell doctor that bossie is being a weenie and ask doctor to give you some advice on how to handle, too.  Good luck!!  Please let us know how things turn out.
