I would love to have the option of flexi.
I work in a company that used to be MoD with flexi as a benefit therefore those that transferred to the Ltd company still have it. It is up to each department/division whether they encourage it or not.
However, we have some who are and some who aren't in our department. I started with the Ltd company and don't have it, although colleagues who started after me do (because the rest of their team do). Needless to say, this causes major friction within the department, particularly as the management are not keen to promote it.
