No, I really don't feel that I do what is expected of the Title that the office has given me (or the role I fulfill, supposedly) but I do feel that the overlying HR title assigned to my position is accurate.  My HR title is Program Analyst, and though it is not really descriptive, the information provided behind it seems to fit what I do... A lot of administrative work, a lot of analysing of information and data on behalf of the facility, and a lot of writing of reports, making recommendations for changes, etc.  Quite a flexible job, normally.  But when you look at what they're expecting of me, it's not as flexible, a lot more cut-and-dried and a lot of it specialised out of my skill set -- and they knew this when they wrote me into this position.  Is there any wonder why I'm trying to get out?
