I know I'm probably repeating myself but rather than reply to individual queries DD, wouldn't it be easier to produce a user guide?

I've done it before in a previous job and it's so much more helpful and useful than itty bitty bits n pieces on a message board.

Please consider it for existing and future users on this revamped site.
