I start the morning by getting my boss a cup of coffee, or tea, check the bosses e-mail, schedule then my own e-mail and schedule.  Prep for the mornings meetings and answer correspondence.  I keep a running to do list so I prioritize and away we go!  Never check personal e-mails or DD at work.  IT is watching:)
