Any ideas?
Thanks.

How about the inocuous topic of "the changing face of ...". It is always a winner.

Hi Kimme
I don't know if this will inspire you, but I completed a research project last year looking at the support that UK workers in adminsitrative and secretarial occupations receive from their employers with regards to continuous professional development.
From my own experience, administrative professionals are typically overlooked when it comes to professional development activities.

Thanks matg,
Very interesting topic, and one that I will also consider for my project.
From my own personal experience as well, we as admins are overlooked unfortunately even today. For the most part I don't think that management really understand the contributions made by their admin professionals. I think that their roles as still viewed as typical and not of a technical of strategic nature.
