One of my co-workers composed an email message to her boss letting him know that she had taken a 1/2 sick day the day before.  In the subject line she typed a "d" instead of an "s" on sick .  She didn't even know she did it until one of the girls she copied on the email called her up and said "You only wanted 1/2"........
it was really funny and she was so embarrassed.
