This is quite a challenging question because often one is asked what one enjoys the least.  I think Countrigal has hit the nail on the head for me - the purpose behind my work.  Setting up a charitable foundation that will benefit people for generations to come (hopefully) is a great undertaking.   That's what gets me out of bed each day.  Not forgetting, of course, my salary.
