If you could ask for one training class and your  boss say yes, regardless of topic or cost, what would you ask for?  Would it be work related, personal growth or something towards an education?

A colleague of mine in a previous company was a reporting analyst and he used Crystal Reports.  It did look quite challenging.

Does it work the same way as creating reports/forms in Access?

Crystal reports?  [Groans] [sigh]

There are some things I actively forget and that  is one of them (together with CCConnect)

I know it and don't want it!

Would much prefer course in hypnotism - I think that is the only way I am going to be able to get some fee earners to do what I need them to do  Sad

If I would have any training?   I would take some virtual assistance training and consider leaving my job.  But for me that isnt realistic.
