Actually today went better even though it was mega-crazy. I got compliments and thank yous from a couple people, which reminds me that does happen, too, on an incidental basis. And quite often, in fact. Don't know how that positive feedback doesn't make a difference. Anyway, my supervisor isn't mean or anything. She just has a very driven personality, and since SHE has a very demanding boss, it makes her more demanding. But she tries to be fair. And she honestly does appreciate a reliable employee--so while reliability seems a rather dull quality, it helps.
RE: HUbby's film project. It's called Being In The Nik Of Time (aka "BITNOT") It's a sci-fi story involving wormholes, time travel, and interesting aliens. He's gathering interest from actors, a director, a distributor, and perhaps most importantly, investors! It's actually creating quite a buzz in Australia of all places (see
www.aint-it-cool-news.com). It's just a lot of work getting everything going.
