When you mentioned Electric Blue, I automatically thought of the Debbie Gibson song by the same name - I'm a pop-chic when it comes to 80s music.  Then of course, I turned to the hair bands - gimme Poison, Warrant, Damn Yankees, Slaughter, Europe, Def Leppard, Firehouse, and all the rest before any other 80s music these days.
