You guys make me want to cry when I read about turkeys and hams and dinners. You deserve better, or at least more!! I get a bonus now, as I'm considered management, but I do all my own admin stuff and help anybody who needs it here and there with the same, due to size of the company. Frankly, I think the more "management" you are, the more work you need to do for everybody just for the sake of goodwill. I got a better bonus as an admin, but, I left that job because it literally made me sick. The bonus was 15% of my base salary at that time, but *believe me* I earned every single little penny of it and then some! So, maybe a dinner and a good wish is better than nothing at all.
