I wish I could remember what the name was... I sent something to an MD and, thankfully, copied his Assistant. Realized one click too late that I had hit "replace" instead of "ignore" when the spell check suggested an alternate spelling to his name. He had a foreign name and it turned into something very negative. I called his AA immediately, who I had never met, and she told him what happened. She told me not to worry, and that he had a sense of humor anyway. I also sent an apology via email to him immediately after I got off the phone with her.
I can't believe I don't remember who it was... I thought I'd never forget as embarrassed as I was that day!!
