I have just stepped in here to have a look around, Gee, so I am sorry that this is a hurried answer.
Assuming you are not suffering from a bad case of ennui, which hits us all from time to time in our jobs/lives, then I would suggest that you do some hard thinking about the future. What would you like to do with the remainder of your life, and how can you achieve your goals? There are some great resources "out there" for you to tap into including: mentoring, life coaching and personal development courses such as the Open University "Openings" series.
You might wish to continue to be a PA, which is a wonderful profession in itself, but there are always new skills we can learn, new "polish" to be picked up, and maybe you could go in a slightly different direction - perhaps into management.
Best wishes,
Raindance
