Gee,
Sorry to hear that you are feeling so down. I know from your posts that you are a valuable resource. Think about how much time during the week that you spend at your job. You deserve to be happy and fulfilled. If it takes a little cut in pay, so be it.  Sometimes you need to sacrifice a little in order to be truly happy.
